In 2007, our founder, Dean Skivington, faced a life-altering back injury during a rugby match. A routine operation led to complications, resulting in chronic pain and a challenging journey through addiction and depression. For over a decade, Dean sought relief, until 2019, when he discovered the transformative power of cold therapy through Wim Hof's teachings. This practice became a cornerstone of his recovery, offering clarity, focus, and a renewed sense of purpose.

However, Dean encountered a challenge: in warmer climates, tap water temperatures remained too high to achieve the desired cold therapy benefits. This frustration sparked the creation of CryoShower—a solution designed to intensify the coldness of showers, making effective cold therapy accessible anywhere.
