At CryoShower, we set out to go colder, get stronger, and transform your daily shower into an icy blast of clarity, grit, and growth.
CryoShower Ice Blast was born to push you further and awaken the version of you that’s been waiting beneath the surface. Because when you meet the cold with courage—you unlock Power, Purpose and Presence. That’s when the magic begins.
OUR STORY
It started with one man’s search for healing and became a global movement. After a life-changing spinal injury, our founder Dean spiraled into chronic pain, depression, and addiction. At rock bottom, something shifted: cold therapy, Wim Hof, and a new path forward.
That first cold shower in 2019 lit a fire. He rebuilt his body and mind. Free from meds, grounded in breathwork, movement, and the cold. But in southern Spain, the water wasn’t cold enough. The therapy that helped save his life was losing its edge. Then came the epiphany: What if we could make cold showers colder? The name CryoShower hit like lightning.
What started as recovery became a mission to help others unlock their strength, clarity, and greatness. CryoShower was born to awaken what’s possible and help you become f*ing awesome.**
